The location is beautiful, the staff is friendly and the restaurant serves great food. Nice area on the canal and it was fun to watch the boats and people. The hotel has a lift. Our room had a fan and earplugs provided which was nice.

Everything was in tip top shape. I had the "small" room which wasn't small at all. The nearest restaurant is about one and a half mile a day. Breakfast was good. This place is in the top 2 places in stayed in this 4 week trip.

Basically all! Loved the slight remote but most romantic location. Check in was easy to arrange and according to our needs including a warm welcome and tour around the facilities.

The host was extremely friendly and carried my bag up the very steep steps, common in the Holland homes. The room and bathroom were spacious. The host provided ample bathroom supplies (toothbrushes, razors, sanitary napkins, etc), in case you forgot to pack. The distance to the main attractions were within easy walking distance. Being able to store my unwrapped Gouda cheese in a refrigerator was appreciated. Chanel, their German Shepherd was very enthusiastic and friendly. Also the welcome gift was the cherry on top of the sundae. An added bonus is that they are dog friendly, so you can bring your pooch along.
